Chicago, IL — January 8, 2025 — Community Health Accreditation Partner, Inc. (CHAP) announced today that Pleasant Home Health has been awarded CHAP Accreditation under the CHAP Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Home Health Aide Standards of Excellence.
CHAP Accreditation demonstrates that Pleasant Home Health meets the industry’s highest nationally recognized standards for quality and operational excellence. The rigorous evaluation process conducted by CHAP focuses on organizational structure and function, quality of services and patient care, human and financial resources, and long-term viability. Adherence to CHAP standards ultimately leads to higher-quality care for patients and their families.
